General questions

1. Are my personal details and my credit card secure?

Our site is secure – upon entering your details, these will be encrypted. We store a minimum of customer information and no longer than it is required. We pass to the hotels only necessary information.

2. What time can I check in at the hotel?

Check in time at most hotels usually starts around 14:00. Some hotels may allow you to check in earlier and most will let you leave your luggage at reception. Your room is guaranteed for late arrival.

3. What is the latest time that I can check out?

Check out time is usually by 12:00. Most hotels will allow you to leave your luggage at reception and collect it before leaving for the airport.

4. Why do hotels require a credit card on check-in?

This is a standard requirement in most hotels worldwide and is only taken as a precaution, so as to guarantee payment of any incidental charges (such as telephone calls, room service etc.). But on check-out, the hotel will usually give you the option of paying by cash instead.

5. Can I make specific requests to hotel – i. e. facilities for Persons with disabilities, non-smoking rooms?

For special requirements for facilities for Persons with disabilities please email us at and we will contact the hotel to check if they can accommodate your request.
You can request no-smoking rooms as part of your reservation. Please note that it is a request only, however most hotels offer non-smoking floors or even 100% smoking free rooms.

6. What do I do if I want more information on certain hotels?

Hotel details are displayed online. If you have a specific requirement, please email hotel directly.

7. Do the hotels featured have parking facilities and are there any charges for parking?

Some hotels offer parking facilities either on-site or nearby – parking charges may vary. Parking facilites are shown in the hotel information pages.

8. Can I make a name change if I cannot travel?

Yes, provided you give us a minimum of 72 hours notice so that we can advise the hotel. We will not charge you for making a name change although, very occasionally, the hotels may levy a charge to us. In these cases, we will ask you if you wish to accept the charge before going ahead.


Making a Hotel Reservation

1. What type of rooms can I book?

Usually there are available single and/or double/twin rooms. On request we may offer suites or other low budget options. If we have different room types available we display them online.

2. How do I cancel or amend my booking?

Please send your cancellation request by email to the hotel. So that the hotel can confirm that it is coming from you and there is no misunderstanding of what action you want us to take. Please note: any cancellations or amendments must be made directly by the hotel and with the hotel or this may affect any refund due to you. Moreover, please bear in mind that the cancellation policy may differ depending on the hotel.

3. Do I have to pay the whole amount due when I make a booking?

A 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking. The outstanding amount will be paid at the hotel during the check-in procedure.

4. What is a minimum stay period?

Please note that the minimum stay depends on hotel requirements (but usually minimum 2 nights). It is stated within “Rooms and Prices” section of the hotel detailed description.

5. How can I book rooms for group online?

For group booking for 5 rooms and more, please send an email to with your group requirement details and our groups agent will contact you.

6. Which credit / debit cards can I use to make payment?

We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard.

7. Will I be charged if I cancel a booking – what is the minimum period of notice?

Please check the terms and conditions pertaining to your booking, which will be available to read during the booking process.

8. What documentation will I receive after making a booking?

After making the reservation you will receive an email confirmation including your booking status details.

9. Do I have to re-confirm my booking?

No – once your booking is made, the hotel receives your details.

10. Can I book last minute?

Yes, however the availability of hotel rooms may be limited. Due to expected demand, we would advise to make booking early in advance.


Prices & Charges

1. What is the cost for using the reservation service?

You pay the room charges only and extra services (if booked).

2. What currency will I pay in?

The prices are presented and will be charged in local currency, i.e Polish Zloty (PLN). On the website prices are also converted in Euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD). The currency and amount you see displayed on the final booking page is the amount that booking operator will charge your credit card or request the wire transfer. Booking operator reserves the right to convert and charge this amount in your credit card currency. Your bank may impose additional fees on the transaction, over which booking operator has no control. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate daily.
For payments by bank transfer, you will receive a proforma invoice from the hotel including a due amount in PLN and necessary bank details.

3. Is the total price shown per person or per room?

Once you’ve selected the number of rooms before searching, the search result will show the price for your room. The price shown gives the total for all rooms, inclusive of taxes and breakfast.

4. Do I get better prices if I book early or late?

Prices change depending on a whole range of factors so it’s not possible to predict. Some hotels offer their best rates far in advance then raise them as rooms fill up. Others leave their rates high until the last minute and then drop them. Our recommendation is to book when you see a price which suits you at the time.
